Your acceptance of any of the aforementioned business rules or separate agreements shall be deemed as your acceptance of the entire Agreement.
1.3 The confidentiality clause, the clause on guarantee of authenticity of registration information, and the intellectual property clause shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
II. Account Registration, Use and Security
2.1 User Eligibility
You confirm that before you start using/registering for our services, you shall have the civil capacity and civil conduct capacity corresponding to your actions as required by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China and any applicable laws.
If you are a minor, you may only use the services with the consent of your parent or guardian. Your parent or guardian:
(a) Undertakes to ensure that you fully perform all obligations, responsibilities and commitments to us as stated in this Agreement in a timely manner; and
(b) Will act as the primary obligor to compensate us for any losses or liabilities caused by your failure to perform or breach of this Agreement, and keep us harmless from such damages.
2.2 Account Description
2.2.1 When you fill in the information as prompted on the registration page, read and agree to this service clause, and complete all registration procedures, you can obtain an account on our website and become a user of our website.
2.2.2 You have the right to log in to our website using the email you set or confirmed, and the password you set (the account name and password are collectively referred to as "account").
2.3 Registration Information Management
2.3.1 Truthfulness and Legality
You shall provide accurate and complete information (including name, email address, contact phone number, contact address, etc.) as required or prompted by our website, so that we can contact you when necessary. You understand and agree that you have the obligation to maintain the truthfulness and validity of the information you provide. Otherwise, our website may suspend or cancel your account and reserve the right to report to the competent authorities.

Where laws explicitly require our website to verify the information of some users, our website will conduct checks and verifications on your information from time to time in accordance with the law, and you shall cooperate to provide the latest, truthful and complete information.
If our website fails to contact you based on the last information you provided, or you fail to provide information in a timely manner as required by our website, or the information you provide is obviously untrue, you shall bear all losses and adverse consequences caused to yourself, others and our website.
2.4 Account Security Specifications (Important Clause)
2.4.1 You understand and agree that if you register as an agent on behalf of other natural persons or entities, you must provide our website with detailed information and authorization documents of both the agent and the principal. If the above information and documents are not provided, we will regard the registrant as the user, and your account shall be set up and managed by yourself.
2.4.2One account on our website can only correspond to one legal entity. Unless otherwise provided by law, judicial ruling or agreed by our website, you shall not transfer, donate or allow others to inherit your account on our website in any way; once your account is transferred, all rights and obligations under the account shall be transferred together. In addition, your account shall not be transferred in any way, otherwise you shall bear all responsibilities arising therefrom. Our website will assist you in freezing the account, changing the account email or making other security settings. Our website shall not be liable for any consequences (including but not limited to any losses of yours) that have occurred before taking action or caused by you. III. Account Freezing, Cancellation and Appeal
3.1 Under the following circumstances, all or part of the functions of your account may be frozen (such as fund transfer or domain name transfer):
3.1.1Based on the needs of the operation and transaction security of our website, if you have committed or may commit acts that damage or attempt to damage the fair trading environment (such as malicious bidding) or normal trading order, or use any content containing our website's name/trademark (such as mirroring our website or operating an agent site in the name of our website) that may mislead others;
3.1.2Violating this service clause, relevant rules and regulations of our website (such as trading rules, management norms), service descriptions and other service agreements/clauses;
3.1.3Violating the provisions of all applicable laws, regulations, policies and legal documents;
3.1.4Required by regulatory authorities to freeze;
3.1.5You are complained by others and the other party has provided relevant evidence;
3.1.6Our website reasonably judges that your account operations, income, transactions, etc. are abnormal;
3.1.7You may have acts of unjust enrichment;
3.1.8Our website reasonably judges that you have committed other acts of the same nature as the above or that may pose similar risks as the above.
3.2 Account Cancellation
3.2.1If any of the circumstances in Clause 3.1 above occurs and is serious, or upon the request of regulatory authorities, your account (all or part of the permissions or functions) will be cancelled, and you will be notified via email, in-site message, SMS or phone call.
3.2.2 You understand and agree that if you have not logged in to your account on our website for 12 consecutive months and there are no transactions or consumption under your account, our website has the right to cancel your account, and you will no longer be able to log in to our website.
3.2.3 Voluntary Application for Account Cancellation
Note: Account cancellation does not mean that all account behaviors and related responsibilities before the cancellation are exempted or mitigated. Once the account is deleted, it cannot be retrieved. Please back up all business information under your account before proceeding with caution.
(1) Precondition: There are no valid businesses under the account: including valid products, account balance funds, and no unfulfilled contracts such as unsettled debts.
(2) You understand and agree:
a.You must submit an account cancellation application to our website through your commonly used secure device, send an email to the designated email address of our website using your account email for review by a specialist. Our website will conduct a thorough verification of you and your account in accordance with the cancellation conditions, and will only process the application if it is confirmed through verification that you meet the account cancellation conditions.
b. Account cancellation is irreversible for you. From the time you formally submit the application, the system will enter an automatic verification process that cannot be forcibly stopped. If the verification is passed, the account will be automatically deleted.
c. During the account cancellation period, if our website finds that your account is complained by others, investigated or is in litigation or arbitration proceedings, our website has the right to terminate your account cancellation process without further consent from you.
d. The account you apply to cancel is in a stable and secure state (for example: no risks such as being stolen or blocked have occurred, and no sensitive information changes such as password modification or mobile phone binding replacement have been made in the recent two months, etc.).
(3) Consequences of Account Cancellation
a. Our website will no longer have the right to collect, store and use your personal information and data, except as otherwise required by laws and regulations, such as retaining corresponding invoice information for tax compliance;
b. On the premise of complying with applicable laws and regulations, our website is obligated to ensure that all your data under the account cannot be retrieved or accessed in the systems involved in the realization of daily business functions;
c.Our website shall no longer be obligated to provide you with information display and disclosure related to the cancelled account, data recovery and retrieval, or other services.
d. After the account is cancelled, after a certain cancellation protection period, any third party may initiate an application to register the account. After the account is newly registered successfully, the new account holder shall not be liable for any account behaviors before the account cancellation.

3.3 Account Appeal
In the event of the aforementioned account freezing, you shall promptly contact our online customer service for appeal and other follow-up operations:
3.3.1 When you apply to our website for the lifting of the above freezing through the appeal procedure, for the security of your account, you shall cooperate to provide truthful identification and relevant materials, as well as other information or documents required by our website for verification. You shall fully understand that your appeal is not necessarily approved, and our website has the right to decide whether to approve your appeal request.
3.3.2 You understand and agree that if you refuse to provide truthful identification and relevant materials, or fail to pass our website's review, our website has the right to freeze such accounts for a long time and restrict all or part of the account functions for a long time.
IV. Our Website Services and Specifications
4.1 You have the right to enjoy the Internet technical services and information services provided by us. You shall also fulfill corresponding responsibilities in accordance with the terms of this User Agreement and the relevant terms and conditions you confirm when using specific services.
4.2 You understand and recognize that you do not own the ownership of derivatives such as usage records and points obtained through using our website services or your account on our website (unless otherwise announced by our website). Our website permits you to use them in accordance with our website's rules, and our website shall not be liable for any compensation for the above derivatives. (6) Infringing upon any legitimate rights and interests of any other third party;
(7) Other contents that violate applicable laws and regulations, policies, public order and good customs, social morality or infringe upon others' legitimate rights.
4.4 When using the "message" chat function provided by our website, you shall abide by the principle of legality and compliance, and shall not engage in the following behaviors:

V. User Breach of Contract and Handling (Important Clause)
5.1 Breach of Contract Determination
You shall be deemed to have breached the contract if any of the following circumstances occurs:

5.1.2Violating this Agreement or any supplementary agreements, rules, policies, etc. of this Agreement.
5.2 Breach of Contract Handling Measures
5.2.1 If you commit a breach of contract while using the services on our website, our website may immediately suspend, freeze or cancel your account in accordance with the corresponding rules.
5.2.2 If your behavior on our website violates relevant laws and regulations, our website reserves the right to report to the relevant competent authorities and submit your usage records and other information.
5.3 Liability for Compensation
If your illegal or breach of contract behavior causes losses to our website and/or its affiliated companies (including direct economic losses, goodwill losses, and indirect economic losses such as compensation, settlement payments, attorney fees, litigation fees, etc. paid to third parties), you shall compensate our website and/or its affiliated companies for all the above losses.
If your behavior causes our website and/or its affiliated companies to be claimed by a third party, our website and/or its affiliated companies may recover all losses from you after fulfilling monetary payment obligations to the third party.
VI. Scope and Limitation of Liability (Important Clause)

6.4 To the extent permitted by law, our website shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special or consequential damages (including business losses, income losses, profit losses, loss of data, goodwill or other economic interests) arising from or related to these service terms, regardless of how they arise, whether from a breach of these service terms (including breach of warranty) or from tort, even if the possibility of such damages has been previously notified. In addition, even if the exclusive remedy provided for in these service terms fails to achieve its basic purpose, our website's liability for the above damages shall still be excluded.

IX. Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Others
9.1 This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China; the parties to this Agreement confirm that they submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
9.2If any clause of this Agreement is deemed to be repealed, invalid or unenforceable, that clause shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses of this Agreement.
