1. First, check if the format of your registered email address is correct. If you have entered too many or too few numbers, or entered a single incorrect number, simply register again with the correct email address.

☆The following is a tutorial on adding a whitelist entry for QQ Mail;

Log in to QQ Mail. There is a “Settings” button at the top of the page; click it. As shown in Figure [1]

You will see many options under the “Settings” menu. Click the “Anti-Junk” button and find “Add”. [Figure 2]

To select the whitelist, enter “system@noreply.eranet.com” in the dialog box, then click “Add”.
