Infringement and Domain Abuse Complaint Reporting Process

(I) Domain Abuse Violations

If the domain belongs to an obviously illegal application such as a private server, pornography, or phishing website, please submit it to our company for processing according to the following method (other departments do not directly handle such complaints).

Processing Method: Please download the Attachment Table, fill it out as required, and send it to the receiving email address.

  4. Materials You Need to Provide: Clear evidence pointing to the complaint, such as communication records, payment vouchers, screenshots of violations.

(II) Domain Infringement

For complaints of infringement, imitation of your company’s websites, products, etc., please follow the requirements and procedures below.

  1. Processing Time: We will reply to you within 2 business days after receiving your application materials.

  2. Required Documents

① Please provide your qualification documents, such as your business license, trademark certificate, organization code certificate, or identification document signed by the legal representative. For data security, we recommend adding a watermark.

② Please provide your proof of ownership: such as copyright registration certificate, trademark registration certificate, etc.

③ Please specify the infringing content on the relevant website: website name, registered trademark, legal entity information, contact information, etc.

④ Please take screenshots of the infringing content and attach them.

(III) Complaints Regarding National Domain Names

National domain names refer to China’s top-level domain names “.CN” and “.中国”. The China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC) has established a hotline and email address for supervising and complaining about the quality of domain registration services: Complaint Handling Center Service Hotline: 010-58813000 Supervision and Reporting Email: service@cnnic.cn

According to Article 42 of the E-commerce Law of the People’s Republic of China, intellectual property rights holders who believe their intellectual property rights have been infringed have the right to notify e-commerce platform operators to take necessary measures such as deletion, blocking, disconnection of links, termination of transactions and services. The notification should include preliminary evidence of infringement.

Please provide the following information in your complaint email:

Defamation or Privacy Rights: If the website link accesses content involving private servers that infringe upon the defamation or privacy rights of a third party, the complainant must provide our company’s valid business license and legal representative’s ID card, both bearing the company seal. If you are an individual, please provide a valid identity card.

Fraud/Phishing: If the website link accesses content involving phishing or impersonating other websites, the complainant must provide our company’s valid business license and legal representative’s ID card, along with clear screenshots proving the fraud. If you have been the subject of a fraud complaint, we recommend immediately reporting it to the police and providing our company with a police report receipt.

Trademark Infringement: If the website link accesses content involving trademark infringement, the complainant must provide our company’s valid business license and legal representative’s ID card, along with a trademark registration certificate issued by the State Trademark Office.

Note: If the domain name itself involves trademark issues, you must contact an arbitration institution authorized by the China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC) or the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) to file an arbitration application. Domain name registration service providers do not directly handle such complaints from rights holders. Our company will process your application according to the procedures once we receive an email notification from the arbitration institution.

Copyright Infringement: If the content accessed via website links infringes copyright, including but not limited to copyright of film and television works, articles and novels, images, and computer software, the complainant must provide us with a valid business license and legal representative’s ID card stamped with our company’s official seal, as well as a copyright certificate issued by a national authoritative administrative agency.

Patent Infringement: If the content accessed via website links infringes your patent rights, the complainant must provide us with a valid business license and legal representative’s ID card stamped with our company’s official seal, as well as a patent certificate issued by the State Intellectual Property Office.

Private Servers: If the website links to or access content involving private servers, the complainant must provide us with a valid business license, legal representative’s ID card, and game ownership certificate or official game authorization certificate, all bearing our company’s official seal.

Special Note: The complainant/whistleblower must guarantee that all statements and submitted materials are true, valid, and legal. If the complained/whistleblower or any other third party suffers any direct or indirect losses due to false information, the complainant/whistleblower shall bear all legal consequences and joint liability arising from requesting our company to handle the domain name, in accordance with relevant laws.
